About Diane Kaern

Prior to launching a successful career in business, Diane Kaern earned her Bachelor of Science cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh. Diane Kaern remained at the school to complete her Master of Education, followed by her Master of Business Administration.

Diane Kaern most recently acted as the Worldwide Sales Compensation Analytics and Reporting Manager for the Hewlett-Packard Company. This placed her in the position of analyzing and reporting key sales compensation metrics of a company that achieved $127 billion in sales and employed more than 300,000 over the course of fiscal year 2011. Ms. Kaern joined the company in 2007. Before doing so, she spent over 18 years working for Siemens AG.

Throughout her career, Diane Kaern has garnered numerous awards and accolades. In 1995, Siemens honored her with an Outstanding Achievement Award for her role in the creation and implementation of an innovative computer reporting model. Two years after receiving her first Outstanding Achievement Award, she received two more from Siemens. The same company inducted her into its Circle of Excellence, an honor given to only the top 5 percent of company employees. In 2005 she was the Med Cash League Team Coach and the business awarded the Team with the Championship for skill at handling company assets. Three years later, she earned another Outstanding Achievement Award, this time from Hewlett-Packard.

Dedicated to helping people who are underprivileged, Diane Kaern supports her church pantry and homeless outreach program. She is an avid runner and skier, as well as a certified scuba diver. When she is not working, Ms. Kaern enjoys reading and traveling.
